The invention discloses a semi-thin-film cabin based on a semi-thin-film cabin supporting structure, which comprises a supporting structure fixed on the surface of a cargo cabin inner shell structure in a dot matrix manner, and the supporting structure supports and fixes a corrugated plate part (6) to form a main screen wall; the supporting structure comprises an upper part and a lower part which are realized in a convex-concave joggle joint mode, and a first shielding layer of a thin metal plate is embedded between the upper part and the lower part; and the first secondary shielding layer extends to form a convex edge, and is bonded or welded with the second secondary shielding layer in the insulating layer to form a liquid-tight secondary shielding structure (8). According to the supporting structure, all the components can be assembled in advance, integrated manufacturing of all the supporting structures is achieved, meanwhile, the supporting structure is prefabricated in advance according to the size of the liquid tank and directly installed during construction, and the construction period of the liquid tank can be greatly shortened; due to the arrangement of the supporting structure, the longitudinal oscillation stopping bulkhead can be fixed through the supporting structure, the oscillation load is reduced, the problem of oscillation of the liquid tank is solved, and free loading is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于半薄膜舱支撑结构的半薄膜舱,包括以点阵方式固定在货舱内壳结构表面上的支撑结构,支撑结构支撑固定了波纹板部件(6)形成主屏壁;支撑结构包括凸凹榫接方式实现的上下两部分,上下两部分之间嵌有一薄型金属板的第一次屏蔽层;所述第一次屏蔽层延伸出凸边,与绝缘层内的第二次屏蔽层粘接或焊接连为一个液密式的次屏蔽结构(8)。本发明支撑结构,可以将各部件提前组装,实现各种支撑结构一体化制造,同时根据液舱的尺寸,提前预制支撑结构,建造时直接安装,可以大大的缩短液舱的建造周期;由于支撑结构的设置,可以用支撑结构来固定纵向止荡舱壁,降低了晃荡载荷,从而解决液舱晃荡的问题,实现自由装载。
