一种齿轮升降风帆系统,甲板上固定有风帆基座,在甲板内部、风帆基座下方设置有升降杆回收舱,风帆基座内部固定有齿条驱动装置,两个齿条驱动装置对称固定在风帆升降杆两侧,沿风帆升降杆外表面高度方向设置有齿条,齿条驱动装置可以驱动风帆升降杆。风帆升降杆上固定有三节帆面,三节帆面自上而下依次套叠,每节帆面中心都铰接有液压限位装置,液压限位装置带有方形壳体,壳体内左右对称设置有液压缸,液压杆端部设置有卡块,风帆升降杆上设置有卡槽,卡块卡入卡槽内固定。相邻帆面端部连接处设置有触动开关,触动开关与液压限位装置信号连接。本发明使用固定于船上的桅杆代替液压升降桅杆,避免液压杆件漏油风险,降低风帆成本。
