According to the methanol fuel cabin expansion method based on the bulk cargo ship, a methanol fuel cabin is arranged between a cabin of the bulk cargo ship and a first cargo cabin adjacent to the cabin, a top cabin wall plate of the methanol fuel cabin is a ship body deck, and an isolation void cabin wrapping the methanol fuel cabin is arranged outside the methanol fuel cabin. Inner bulkhead plates of the broadside ballast tanks on the two broadsides of the ship body extend upwards to the deck to serve as isolation voids on the left side and the right side of the methanol fuel tank, and a common bulkhead is arranged between the broadside ballast tanks and the methanol fuel tank. The interior of the methanol fuel cabin is divided into at least two fuel cabins by adopting a groove-shaped cabin wall, and compared with a conventional design, upper and lower wall piers in the cabin are omitted, so that a large amount of methanol cabin space can be saved. Compared with a conventional design, under the condition that the capacity of the cargo compartment area is not changed, the capacity of the methanol compartment can be increased by about 20%, the occupied length of the cargo compartment area is effectively reduced, the capacity of the cargo compartment is increased, meanwhile, the influence on the total longitudinal bending moment of a hull beam is greatly reduced, and the structural design and the weight of an empty ship are optimized.

    一种基于散货船的甲醇燃料舱扩容方法,散货船的机舱与邻近机舱的第一个货舱之间设置有甲醇燃料舱,甲醇燃料舱的顶部舱壁板是船体甲板,甲醇燃料舱外部设置有将甲醇燃料舱包裹的隔离空舱。船体两舷侧的舷侧压载舱的内舱壁板向上延伸至甲板处,做为甲醇燃料舱左右两侧的隔离空舱,舷侧压载舱与甲醇燃料舱之间为公共舱壁。甲醇燃料舱内部采用槽型舱壁,分隔出至少两个燃料舱,相比常规设计,取消船舱内的上下壁墩,可节省大量甲醇舱空间。相比常规设计,货舱区舱容不变的情况下,可增加甲醇舱舱容约20%,有效的减小了对货舱区的占用长度,增加了货舱舱容,同时大大减小了对船体梁总纵弯矩的影响,优化了结构设计及空船重量。
