本发明公开了一种线控转向控制系统、控制方法及其车辆,属于车辆技术领域,其中线控转向控制系统,包括转向执行器和路感模拟器,路感控制器通过路感电机进行路感模拟,能够给予驾驶员路感反馈;转向控制器接收转角请求并控制执行电机进行转向,当转向执行器的齿轮转动到机械限位位置时,转向控制器对执行电机的输出扭矩进行控制,避免与机械限位位置发生过大机械干涉;同时路感模拟器同步控制路感电机的输出扭矩,对路感模拟器通过路感电机进行限位,达到限制方向盘转角的目的,这样能够使转向执行器和路感模拟器的转角状态一致,以保证二者的位置对应关系,有效减小出现限位位置关系不对应而导致保护失效的可能性。
