The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, in particular to a self-adaptive filtering method applied to electric power steering torque compensation, which is characterized in that AD values acquired by a sensor are filtered, a corresponding torque signal approaching expectation is used as an expected output signal by a filter, an output signal is obtained for each input signal, and the output signal is used as a compensation signal. Signal compensation is carried out on an error signal obtained through expected output, the filter coefficient can be continuously adjusted, errors are reduced, an optimal torque signal is obtained, phase compensation is carried out on a torque signal detected by a torque sensor, and after phase compensation is carried out, the optimal torque signal is obtained. A torque signal detected by the torque sensor and a torque signal actually input by a driver are basically in the same phase in a low-frequency input area of the driver; a peak position in an amplitude-frequency curve is eliminated, the stability of a system is improved, namely, a differential signal of the torque of the steering wheel is added in original control, torque differential compensation is added, and the contradiction between steering portability and the hand feeling of the steering wheel can be solved.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于电动助力转向扭矩补偿的自适应滤波方法,本发明专利对传感器采集到的AD值进行滤波,滤波器将逼近期望相应的扭矩信号作为期望输出信号,对于每一个输入信号得到一个输出信号,再与期望输出得到误差信号进行信号补偿,可不断调整滤波器系数,降低误差,得到最优转矩信号,对转矩传感器检测到的转矩信号进行相位补偿,进行相位补偿后,转矩传感器检测到的转矩信号和驾驶员实际输入的转矩信号在驾驶员低频输入区基本同相位;消除了幅频曲线中的尖峰位置,改善了系统的稳定性,即在原有的控制中加入转向盘转矩的微分信号,加入转矩微分补偿,可以解决转向轻便性与转向盘手感之间的矛盾。
