The invention discloses an instrument board side defrosting air duct structure which is integrally formed and divided into a plurality of air ducts which are connected to a side defrosting butt joint opening, an air conditioner butt joint opening, a face blowing air butt joint opening and a front defrosting butt joint opening correspondingly, and the air conditioner butt joint opening is communicated with the side defrosting butt joint opening, the face blowing air butt joint opening and the front defrosting butt joint opening. And the air duct structure is integrally and fixedly connected to the instrument panel body framework. The whole air channel is integrated, side defrosting, front defrosting and blowing face are divided into different channels, the size of each channel cavity is distributed according to the air volume requirement, and a half-side cavity is formed through injection molding. The integral air duct and the instrument panel body framework are welded in a vibration friction mode to form an integral cavity. And in addition, the other ends correspond to the side defrosting opening, the front defrosting opening and the left and right face blowing openings, the function requirements of indoor air outlet of an automobile are met, and meanwhile the overall structural strength of the instrument board is enhanced. The side defrosting air ducts are arranged above the left side and the right side, do not occupy the Z-direction inner space and avoid peripheral parts arranged in the instrument panel.

    本发明公开了一种仪表板侧除霜风道结构,一体式构成并分成若干个风道分别连接至侧除霜对接口、空调对接口、吹面风对接口和前除霜对接口,连通空调对接口与侧除霜对接口、吹面风对接口和前除霜对接口,且风道结构整体固接在仪表板本体骨架上。整个风道采用一体式,侧除霜、前除霜、吹面划分不同通道,各通道腔体尺寸大小根据风量要求分配,注塑成型形成半边腔体。整体风道与仪表板本体骨架振动摩擦焊接,形成整腔体。一端对接到空调出风口上,另外各端对应侧除霜、前除霜、左右吹面口,满足汽车室内出风各功能需求,同时加强了仪表板整体结构强度。侧除霜风道布置在左右侧上方,不占用Z向内部空间,避开仪表板内部布置的周边件。
