The invention relates to a power battery consistency early warning method and device and computer equipment. The method comprises the following steps: sorting target open-circuit voltages of battery monomers in a battery module according to numerical values to obtain a maximum open-circuit voltage and a minimum open-circuit voltage; acquiring a first battery charge state corresponding to the maximum open-circuit voltage and a second battery charge state corresponding to the minimum open-circuit voltage according to a mapping relation between the open-circuit voltage and the battery charge state; taking a difference value between the first battery charge state and the second battery charge state as a first range, and obtaining a second range corresponding to a historical detection process; and when the first range is not greater than the range threshold and the range change rate determined according to the first range and the second range is greater than the change rate threshold, generating battery consistency early warning information according to the range change rate. By adopting the method, the battery consistency problem can be warned in advance, and the fault occurrence probability of the battery system is reduced.
本申请涉及一种动力电池的一致性预警方法、装置和计算机设备。所述方法包括:对电池模组中各电池单体的目标开路电压按照数值大小进行排序,获取最大开路电压和最小开路电压;根据开路电压和电池荷电状态的映射关系,获取最大开路电压对应的第一电池荷电状态,以及最小开路电压对应的第二电池荷电状态;将第一电池荷电状态与第二电池荷电状态间的差值,作为第一极差,并获取历史检测过程对应的第二极差;在第一极差不大于极差阈值,且根据第一极差和第二极差确定的极差变化率大于变化率阈值的情况下,根据极差变化率,生成电池一致性预警信息。采用本方法能够对电池一致性问题进行提前预警,减小电池系统的故障发生概率。
