The two permanent magnets are sleeved with a rubber coating supporting frame, and the rubber coating supporting frame is sleeved with the anti-skid rubber sleeve. The invention has the advantages that: the magnetic metal or magnet can be prevented from being directly contacted with the surface of an adsorbed object to damage the adsorbed object, and considerable adsorption force can be provided by the magnetic side plate.
