When a wire is wound into the winding groove to obtain a winding coil, the head of the starting end of the wire can be left on the outer side of the winding groove, and the starting end extends into the groove bottom of the winding groove through the first wire passing channel to start winding. The starting end of the wire can extend into the groove bottom position of the winding groove through the first wire passing channel and starts to wind from inside to outside, so that the part, extending into the groove bottom position from the outer side of the winding groove, of the wire does not occupy the axial space of the winding groove, the whole space of the winding groove can be used for winding, and the winding efficiency is improved. When the winding groove is used for the linear motor, the performance of the linear motor can be improved.
