The invention discloses a double-layer prefabricated substation provided with a photovoltaic device and applied to a charging pile, and belongs to the technical field of substations, the double-layer prefabricated substation comprises a substation body, the substation body is sequentially composed of a top cover, a top function chamber, a transformer chamber and a high-low voltage chamber from top to bottom, and at least two photovoltaic panels are hinged to the top of the top cover through shaft rods and bearings; a rotating support is arranged at the bottom of the photovoltaic panel, the rotating support is in a circular arc shape with the axis of the shaft rod as the circle center, transmission gear teeth are arranged on the outer arc face of the rotating support, a driving motor driving the photovoltaic panel is arranged in the top function chamber, and an exhaust channel is arranged in the wall of the transformer substation body and communicated with the outside through a bottom exhaust outlet. The orientation of the photovoltaic panel can be adjusted along with the change of the irradiation angle of solar rays, the efficiency of absorbing solar energy is improved, and meanwhile, the exhaust fan, the fireproof mechanism and the exhaust channel are matched to reduce the temperature in the transformer substation and prevent fire spreading.

    本发明公开了一种带有光伏装置并应用于充电桩的双层预装式变电站,属于变电站技术领域,包括变电站本体,变电站本体自上而下依次由顶盖、顶部功能室、变压器室、高低压室组成,顶盖顶部采用轴杆与轴承铰接有至少两块光伏板,光伏板底部设有转动支架,转动支架的外形为以轴杆的轴心为圆心的圆弧形,转动支架外弧面设有传动轮齿,顶部功能室内设有驱动光伏板带动的驱动电机,变电站本体墙体内部设有排风通道并通过底部排风口与外界连通,顶部功能室内部顶端设有排风机与防火机构,本发明的光伏板朝向可随太阳光线照射角度的改变而调整,提高吸收太阳能的效率,同时,排风机、防火机构与排风通道配合可以降低变电站内温度并防止火灾蔓延。
