The invention relates to the technical field of expressway management and control, in particular to a dynamic emergency lane opening decision-making method, system and device and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: predicting a traffic state: constructing a traffic flow combination prediction model based on EEMD-DTW-LSTM according to historical traffic parameter data, and predicting the traffic state after a period of time; constructing a dynamic emergency lane decision control model: judging a traffic congestion index in combination with a prediction result, and determining a dynamic emergency lane opening strategy according to a traffic congestion state; and releasing a vehicle guidance information scheme: releasing the guidance scheme according to the actual operation traffic scene and in combination with external field sensing facility conditions. According to the invention, through combination of multiple modes, the actual traffic condition is reflected, and the prediction reliability is improved; the dynamic emergency lane decision-making control model makes a decision according to real-time data and accurately opens an emergency lane; vehicle information guidance schemes are issued according to different scenes, lane resource benefits are fully played, and management risks are reduced.

    本发明涉及高速公路管控技术领域,尤其涉及一种动态应急车道开放决策方法、系统、设备及介质,方法包括:预测交通状态:根据历史交通参数数据,构建基于EEMD‑DTW‑LSTM交通流组合预测模型,预测一段时间后的交通状态;构建动态应急车道决策控制模型:结合预测结果,判定交通拥堵指数,根据交通拥堵状态,决定动态应急车道开放策略;发布车辆诱导信息方案:依据实际运行交通情景,结合外场感知设施条件,发布诱导方案。本发明中,通过组合多种方式,反映实际交通状况,提高预测可靠性;动态应急车道决策控制模型,根据实时数据,做出决策,精准开放应急车道;根据不同场景发布车辆信息诱导方案,充分发挥车道资源效益,降低管理风险。
