The invention discloses cloud computing big data equipment based on a smart community, and particularly relates to the technical field of smart communities, and the cloud computing big data equipment is characterized in that a time coefficient of a vehicle staying at a parking space, a vehicle parking frequency coefficient and a data processing delay frequency coefficient are acquired and processed to generate an opening coefficient; the method comprises the following steps of: acquiring an opening coefficient, comparing the opening coefficient with a preset opening coefficient reference threshold value, and if the opening coefficient is greater than the preset opening coefficient reference threshold value, automatically judging that a vehicle is familiar with an owner by a system, and directly unlocking a parking space of the owner; if the opening coefficient is smaller than the preset opening coefficient reference threshold value, the parking lock of the parking space is not opened firstly, meanwhile, information of the vehicle is sent to the owner, after the owner agrees, the owner decides whether to unlock the parking space or not, intelligent judgment is conducted on the vehicle passing through the parking space, intelligent unlocking of the parking space is achieved, and the parking space can be unlocked more intelligently. And effective use of parking spaces of owners is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于智慧小区的云计算大数据设备,具体涉及智慧小区技术领域,本发明通过采集车辆在该车位停留的时间系数、车辆停车频率系数、数据处理延迟频率系数,并进行处理,生成开启系数,并将开启系数与预先设定的开启系数参考阈值进行对比,若开启系数大于预先设定的开启系数参考阈值,则系统自动判定为业主熟悉的车辆,直接而对业主的车位进行解锁;若开启系数小于预先设定的开启系数参考阈值,则先不对该车位的地锁打开,同时将该车辆的信息发送至业主本人,由业主同意后,再决定要不要对该车位解锁,通过停车位的车辆进行智能判断,实现对车位进行智能的解锁,确保业主停车位的有效使用。
