The invention relates to the technical field of acoustic metamaterials, and provides an acoustic metamaterial cabin wall surface acoustic wave regulation and control interactive progressive design method which covers a cabin wall and is characterized in that the two sides, making contact with different media, of the cabin wall surface serve as a surface A and a surface B respectively; the method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting a periodic structure unit based on an acoustic metamaterial to establish a basic three-dimensional structure; s2, collecting characteristic parameters of the basic three-dimensional structure and corresponding output sound pressure levels as a data set; and S3, expanding the data set through a data semantic augmentation method based on a genetic algorithm. According to the acoustic metamaterial cabin wall surface acoustic wave regulation and control interactive progressive design method, manufacturability of a design structure is fully considered, a three-dimensional model is fed back based on a manufacturing process constraint, a manufacturing limit size and application environment limitation are considered, and structure-manufacturing-performance collaborative optimization is realized.

    本发明涉及声学超材料技术领域,并提出了一种声学超材料船舱壁面声波调控交互渐进设计方法,所述声学超材料覆盖于船舱壁上,其特征在于,以船舱壁面接触不同介质的两侧分别作为A面与B面,所述方法包括以下步骤:S1、选择基于声学超材料的周期性结构单元建立基本三维结构;S2、采集基本三维结构的特征参数以及对应的输出声压级作为数据集;S3、通过基于遗传算法的数据语义增广方法,扩充数据集。该声学超材料船舱壁面声波调控交互渐进设计方法,充分考虑设计结构的可制造性,基于制造工艺约束反馈三维模型,考虑制造极限尺寸,考虑应用环境限制,实现结构—制造—性能协同优化。
