The invention relates to a method for separating rail and steel rail undulatory wear by adopting a vibration noise signal in a train, which comprises the following steps of: mounting a vibration sensor (3) and an in-train noise sensor (4) on a bottom plate in the train under the normal operation condition of the train (1) on a line rail (2), and testing a vibration signal (31) and a noise signal (41) in the train through a signal conditioning and collecting system (5); the undulatory wear of the steel rail is obtained through a time-frequency correlation and wavelet analysis separation algorithm system (8) according to the relevance of periodic wheel out-of-roundness waves (6) related to vibration noise information in a vehicle and rail steel rail unevenness waves (7). Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the track irregularity characteristics of the track system under the vehicle load condition in the actual track traffic can be quickly, simply and accurately obtained, and the track irregularity characteristics comprise actual vehicle-mounted lower track triangular pit and steel rail short wave undulation wear characteristics including undulation wear wavelength, amplitude, position and the like; therefore, a basis is provided for making line maintenance and steel rail polishing plans.

    本发明涉及一种采用列车车内振动噪声信号分离轨道钢轨波浪磨耗的方法,对车辆(1)在线路轨道(2)上正常运营条件下,在车内底板上安装振动传感器(3)和车内噪声传感器(4)通过信号调理和采集系统(5)测试车内的振动信号(31)和噪声信号(41),通过对车内振动噪声信息相关的周期性车轮不圆度波浪(6)和轨道钢轨不平顺度波浪(7)的关联性通过时频相关相干及小波分析分离算法系统(8)获得钢轨波浪磨耗。与现有技术相比,本发明能快速简单准确地获取实际轨道交通中轨道系统沿线在车辆载荷条件下的轨道不平顺特征,包括真实车载下轨道三角坑及钢轨短波波浪磨耗的特征包括波浪磨耗波长、幅值及位置等,从而为制定线路维修及钢轨打磨计划提供依据。
