The invention provides an air pressure overrun protection device. The air pressure overrun protection device comprises a box body (1), an air inlet (2), a pressure gauge (3), a pressure relief pipe (4), a plug (5) and a balance weight (6), an air inlet (2), a pressure gauge (3) and a pressure relief pipe (4) are arranged on the box body (1); the box body (1) is connected with a pressurizing cabin body through the air inlet (2); a plug (5) and a counterweight (6) are arranged at the top end of the pressure relief pipe (4); the air pressure in the box body (1) is balanced through the self weight of the balance weight (6) and the plug (5), when the pressure in the box body (1) exceeds an air pressure over-limit threshold value, the plug (5) is jacked up by the pressure, so that the pressure is relieved, and after the pressure in the box body (1) is relieved and reduced, the plug (5) falls down due to the self weight, and the pressure relief pipe (4) is plugged again. Through the pure mechanical air pressure protection device, the purposes of quick response and timely pressure relief after the air pressure exceeds the limit are achieved, and the purpose of protecting the structure of an aircraft test piece is achieved.
本发明提供了一种气压超限保护装置,包括:箱体(1)、进气口(2)、压力表(3)、泄压管(4)、堵头(5)、配重砝码(6);箱体(1)上设置有进气口(2)、压力表(3)和泄压管(4);箱体(1)通过进气口(2)与增压舱体连接;泄压管(4)的顶端设置有堵头(5)、配重砝码(6);通过配重砝码(6)和堵头(5)的自重平衡箱体(1)内气压,当箱体(1)内压力超过气压超限阈值时,压力顶起堵头(5),从而泄压,当箱体(1)内压力泄压降低后,堵头(5)由于自重而落下,重新封堵泄压管(4)。通过纯机械式气压保护装置,达到气压超限后快速响应、及时泄压的目标,以实现保护飞机试验件结构的目的。
