In the damping structure of the snakelike-resistant double-circulation oil damper for the high-speed motor train unit, a core valve seat is provided with a core valve, the core valve is sleeved with a spring, and the two ends of the spring are provided with a first gasket and a second gasket respectively; the section of the spring is of a rectangular structure. The core valve adopts symmetrical chute damping; when in use, the core valve seat is respectively mounted at the bottom valve body and the guide cover through the threads of the core valve seat, and the pre-compression amount of the spring can be changed by adjusting the screwing amount of the threads of the core valve seat, so that the damping force requirement required by the stretching and compression stroke of the shock absorber is met.
