The clutch driving mechanism comprises an inner fixing sleeve, an outer driving sleeve, a chain wheel, a clutch driving ring, a clutch driving ring pressing ring and a locking piece, the inner fixing sleeve is fixedly installed on the axle, the inner fixing sleeve is rotationally sleeved with the outer driving sleeve through a bearing, and the outer driving sleeve is fixedly sleeved with the chain wheel; a pawl is arranged on the outer driving sleeve and matched with ratchets of an inner gear ring on the motor end disc, and a first limiting piece, a pawl blocking piece, a first elastic piece, a second elastic piece, a first positioning protrusion and a second reset protrusion are arranged on the clutch driving ring. Only in a forward riding state, the pawl on the outer driving sleeve can be in transmission engagement with the inner gear ring on the motor end disc so as to drive the motor wheel to run. When the motor moves, the flywheel is silent; and reverse thread falling of a common flywheel is avoided.
