The invention discloses an anti-yield-deformation slip type chuck which comprises symmetrically arranged main body supports, the joints of the two main body supports are hinged through a bolt pin, a plurality of slip bodies are arranged between the two main body supports in an annular array mode, and an upper pressure sensor and a lower pressure sensor are arranged on the opposite sides of each slip body respectively. The upper pressure sensor is located at the upper end of the slip body, the lower pressure sensor is located in the middle of the slip body, a lifting hook is arranged on the side face of the main body support, a tension sensor is arranged in the main body support, a deformation cavity is formed below the main body support, and a distance sensor is arranged on one side in the deformation cavity. According to the slip type chuck monitoring device, the whole slip type chuck can be effectively and actually monitored, then the slip type chuck is pre-judged, the problem of yield deformation of the slip type chuck in the working process is avoided, and the safety and stability of the slip type chuck during working in the working process are effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种防屈服变形的卡瓦式卡盘,包括对称设置的主体支座,两个主体支座的连接处通过栓销铰接,两个主体支座之间呈环形阵列设置有若干卡瓦体:每个卡瓦体相对的一侧分别设置上压力传感器和下压力传感器,上压力传感器位于卡瓦体的上端,下压力传感器位于卡瓦体的中部,在主体支座的侧面设置有吊钩且内部设置有拉力传感器,再在主体支座的下方开设一个形变腔,并在形变腔内的一侧设置有距离传感器,可以有效的对整个卡瓦式卡盘进行实际监测,进而对卡瓦式卡盘进行预判,避免卡瓦式卡盘在工作工程出现屈服变形的问题,有效的保证工作过程中卡瓦式卡盘在工作时的安全性和稳定性。
