The invention relates to the field of manned aircrafts, and discloses a manned flight electric flapping wing which comprises a backpack, a flapping wing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a control system, a multi-point safety belt and a telescopic empennage. The transmission mechanism comprises a gear motor for controlling the flapping wings to rotate, a movable joint, a synchronous different-direction electric swing arm machine, a swing arm rod, an electric telescopic rod and a connector, the control system comprises a switch, a speed regulation handle and a four-direction hand rocker, the synchronous different-direction electric swing arm machine and the backpack are connected together through a fixing rod, and the electric telescopic rod is arranged in the swing arm rod. One end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the main framework, the main framework is connected with the knapsack through the movable joint, the multi-point safety belt is fixed on the knapsack, and the telescopic empennage is fixed on the back of the knapsack. Take-off, flight and landing are realized.
