The invention discloses a marine hybrid power energy management method and system based on an MOEAD algorithm. The method comprises the steps that a marine diesel-electric hybrid power system model is built; determining decision variables of hybrid power system optimization; and performing multi-objective optimization on the fuel consumption and emission of the hybrid power system by using an MOEAD algorithm. According to the method, the MOEAD algorithm is adopted to optimize energy management of the ship diesel-electric hybrid power system, and remarkable beneficial effects are achieved. And oil consumption and emission are effectively reduced, and the positive influence on environmental protection is generated. Compared with a traditional strategy based on a logic threshold value, the method has the advantages that the accuracy and efficiency of energy management are improved, dependence on experience is reduced, and energy distribution is more optimized. The operation performance and economical efficiency of the ship are improved, and a more intelligent and efficient solution is provided for energy management of a ship hybrid power system.
