The invention discloses an offshore wind power suction tube jacket foundation transportation and installation device and an implementation method, and aims to overcome the defect that the construction and installation period of a suction tube foundation is long due to the fact that the suction tube foundation generally needs transportation and floating crane sinking needs two sets of mechanical equipment in the prior art. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a U-shaped transport ship and a suction barrel, a plurality of placement pits are formed in a U-shaped notch of the U-shaped transport ship, and a drainage groove is formed in the same side of the placement pits in the circumferential direction in a penetrating mode; placing heads are arranged in the circumferential direction of the suction barrel in the radial direction; the placing head is matched with the placing pit; and a lifting device for lifting the suction barrel is arranged on the U-shaped transport ship. An air drainage device and a lifting device are further arranged on the U-shaped transport ship; floating transportation and installation of the suction tube jacket foundation are completed through one set of equipment, the installation efficiency of the suction tube jacket foundation is improved, and the construction period of the suction tube jacket foundation is shortened.

    本发明公开了海上风电吸力筒导管架基础运输和安装装置及实施方法,旨在解决现有技术中吸力筒基础通常需要运输和浮吊沉放需要两套机械设备,使得吸力筒基础施工安装工期长的不足。本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:包括:U型运输船和吸力筒,U型运输船的U形槽口设置有若干个搁放坑,若干个搁放坑的圆周方向的同一侧设置有贯穿设置的下水槽;吸力筒的圆周方向沿径向方向设置有搁放头;搁放头与搁放坑相配合;U型运输船上设置有起吊吸力筒的升降装置。本发明通过在U型运输船上还设置有空气抽放装置和升降装置;实现一套设备完成吸力筒导管架基础的浮运和安装,提高吸力筒导管架基础的安装效率,缩短吸力筒导管架基础的施工工期。
