The invention relates to a device and method for relieving attachment of marine fouling organisms to the surface of a ship. The device comprises a hanging piece and a flexible connecting piece. The two ends of the flexible connecting piece are connected to the ship and the hanging piece correspondingly, and the hanging piece is arranged outside the ship and suspended in water. A plurality of hanging pieces and a plurality of flexible connecting pieces are arranged, and the plurality of hanging pieces and the plurality of flexible connecting pieces are in one-to-one correspondence; the hanging pieces are arranged on the water immersion face of the ship in an array mode. A synthetic method of a transfer method and a turbulence method is adopted, and the preferential attachment position of fouling organisms is transferred to the surface of an additional hanging piece from the water immersion surface of a ship; enhanced turbulence turbulence is utilized to reduce the attachment of fouling organisms to the ship's immersion surface and additional pendant surfaces, and to initiate the action of continuous random impacts to remove fouling organisms attached to the ship's surface. According to the invention, not only can the attachment of fouling organisms on the immersed surface and the surface of an additional pendant be obviously reduced when the ship sails, but also the attachment on the immersed surface and the surface of the additional pendant can be continuously removed.

    本发明涉及一种减轻海洋污损生物在船舶表面附着的装置与方法,装置包括挂件和柔性连接件;柔性连接件的两端分别连接于船舶和挂件,挂件设于船舶外且悬浮于水中;挂件和柔性连接件均设有多个,且多个挂件和多个柔性连接件一一对应;多个挂件阵列布置于船舶的浸水面。本发明采用转移法和湍流法的合成方法,将污损生物优先附着位置从船舶浸水面转移到附加的挂件表面上;利用增强的湍流湍动度降低污损生物在船舶浸水面和附加的挂件表面上的附着,并且引发持续随机撞击的作用来去除船舶表面附着的污损生物。不仅可以显著降低污损生物在船舶航行时浸水表面以及附加的挂件表面上的附着,还可以持续地清除附着在浸水表面以及附加的挂件表面上的附着。
