An FLNG outward transportation barge is provided with a square barge body floating on the sea surface, the barge body is located between an FLNG and an LNG ship, the barge body is located below a barge body deck, the bow end and the stern end are provided with anti-collision cabins, a service platform is fixed above the anti-collision cabins, the service platform is composed of a straight section and a bent section, the bent section is arranged on the outer side and partially extends out of the barge body, and the barge body is fixed to the barge body. The curved surface radius of the bending section is not smaller than the minimum bending radius of the flexible LNG conveying pipeline; the middle of the rigid LNG conveying pipeline is located below a deck of the barge body, the two ends of the rigid LNG conveying pipeline upwards penetrate through the deck to climb to the service platform and are connected with the flexible LNG conveying pipeline through a quick release device, and the other end of the flexible LNG conveying pipeline is connected with an LNG ship or FLNG through a quick connector. According to the invention, efficient tandem transportation of LNG between the FLNG and the LNG transport ship is realized, and overseas monopoly on tandem transportation equipment is broken through. The output mode that the rigid LNG pipeline and the flexible LNG pipeline are combined is innovatively provided, and a new LNG output direction is developed.
一种FLNG外输驳船,有漂浮海面上的方形驳船主体,驳船主体位于FLNG与LNG船之间,驳船主体甲板下方,艏艉两端设置有防撞舱,在防撞舱上方固定有服务平台,服务平台由平直段和弯曲段组成,弯曲段设置于外侧,并且部分探出驳船主体,弯曲段的曲面半径不小于柔性LNG输送管道的最小弯曲半径;刚性LNG输送管道中部位于驳船主体的甲板下方,两端向上穿过甲板攀至服务平台,通过快速解脱装置与柔性LNG输送管道连接,柔性LNG输送管道另一端通过快速接头与LNG船或FLNG连接。本发明实现了LNG在FLNG和LNG运输船之间的高效串靠外输,打破了国外对串靠外输装备的垄断。创新性的提出了这种刚性LNG管道和柔性LNG管道相结合的外输方式,开辟了一个新的LNG外输方向。
