    本发明公开了一种新型冲压焊接前副车架,包括:前管梁、前管梁后方设置的后管梁及前管梁和后管梁左右两侧分别设置的左纵梁和右纵梁;还包括:所述左纵梁和右纵梁关于前管梁和后管梁对称设置;所述后管梁的前后两端外侧分别设置有后摆臂和转向机。该新型冲压焊接前副车架,便于减少该副车架的零件数量,提高装配节拍,提高生产效率,并通过前管梁和后管梁主体结构采用管梁结构,相对冲压件成本较低,且取消了焊缝焊接,提高焊接效率,便于通过前摆臂连接片和中塔安装板的一体式结构,提高了该副车架的刚度,以及便于将后摆臂与后管梁进行拼焊,整体结构简单,并便于经转向机的焊接设置,使该副车架的稳定性高。
