The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic hybrid braking system and a vehicle. The system comprises a main control module, a first electronic hydraulic module, a second electronic hydraulic module, a first electronic mechanical braking module and a second electronic mechanical braking module. Each electronic hydraulic module comprises an electronic hydraulic controller, a pressure building piston and a brake cylinder body; the pressure building piston and a cylinder arm of the brake cylinder body form a cavity; each cavity is connected with a pressure building loop and a pressure relief loop; the pressure building loop and the pressure relief loop are both communicated with the hydraulic energy storage module; each pressure relief loop comprises a pressure relief valve; the electronic hydraulic controller drives the pressure building piston to build pressure in the cavity; each electronic mechanical braking module comprises an electronic mechanical controller and an electronic mechanical braking unit; the electronic mechanical controller drives the electronic mechanical braking unit to generate braking torque; the main control module is connected with each controller and is used for sending different driving instructions to each controller according to required torque distribution; the main control module is further connected with all the pressure release valves and used for controlling all the pressure release valves to be opened according to the pressure release instruction. According to the scheme, the wheel locking time is shortened.

    本发明公开一种电液混合制动系统及车辆。该系统包括:主控模块、第一、二电子液压模块、第一、二电子机械制动模块;各电子液压模块均包括电子液压控制器、建压活塞及制动缸体;建压活塞与制动缸体的缸臂形成腔体;各腔体均连接建压回路及泄压回路;建压回路及泄压回路均与液压储能模块连通;各泄压回路上均包括泄压阀;电子液压控制器驱动建压活塞以在腔体内建压;各电子机械制动模块均包括电子机械控制器及电子机械制动单元;电子机械控制器驱动电子机械制动单元产生制动扭矩;主控模块与各控制器连接,用于根据需求扭矩分配向各控制器发送不同驱动指令;主控模块还与各泄压阀连接,用于根据泄压指令控制各泄压阀打开。本案降低了车轮抱死时间。
