When the manual rod is turned downwards from the vertical position to the inclined position, the adjusting structure enables the balancing weight to be close to the matching block so as to reduce the force arm from the balancing weight to the matching block, the force arm from the handle to the matching block is increased so as to reduce the resistance generated when the manual rod rotates downwards, and when the manual rod is turned upwards from the inclined position to the vertical position, the balancing weight is adjusted to be close to the matching block. The adjusting structure enables the balancing weight to be far away from the matching block so as to increase the force arm from the balancing weight to the matching block, so that the force arm from the handle to the matching block is reduced, the resistance generated when the manual rod rotates upwards is reduced under the assistance of the gravity of the balancing weight, and the safety during braking is improved.
