The invention discloses a multi-angle impact resistant interlayer filled light energy absorption box which is sequentially provided with an outer protection layer, an impact resistant interlayer, an inner protection layer and a filling energy absorption layer from outside to inside. The anti-impact interlayer is formed by filling mixed cell elements with a three-period minimal curved surface structure in a dot matrix array form, and the mixed cell elements comprise an IWP type structure and an FRD type structure; the filling energy absorption layer is composed of a plurality of negative Poisson's ratio round pipes, and the negative Poisson's ratio round pipes are filled with three-period minimum curved surface structures with the density changing in a gradient mode in the forward impact direction. According to the energy absorption box, the deformation stability of the energy absorption box structure and the synergistic effect between the structures are effectively improved, the energy absorption efficiency is improved, better crashworthiness and energy absorption are achieved, and the problems that an existing energy absorption box is unstable in compression deformation, insufficient in impact resistance, limited in energy absorption efficiency and the like are solved.

    本发明公开了一种抗多角度冲击的夹层填充轻质吸能盒,由外到内依次设置有外防护层、抗冲击夹层、内防护层和填充吸能层;所述抗冲击夹层为具有三周期极小曲面结构的混合胞元以点阵阵列的形式填充而成,所述混合胞元包括IWP型结构和FRD型结构;所述填充吸能层由若干负泊松比圆管组成,所述负泊松比圆管内部填充有在正向冲击方向密度呈梯度变换的三周期极小曲面结构。本发明有效提升了吸能盒结构的变形稳定性和结构之间的协同效应,提高能量吸收效率,具有更好的耐撞性和吸能性,解决了现有吸能盒压缩变形不稳定、抗冲击能力不足、吸能效率有限等问题。
