The invention relates to the technical field of wireless power transmission (WPT), and particularly discloses an AGV wireless charging efficiency optimization control method and an AGV wireless charging system.The AGV enters a mutual inductance MP and MD estimation state at first after parking, S1 and S2 are started, UD0LCC is obtained through sampling, then S1 is closed, after a secondary side frequency detection module detects frequency change, S2 is closed, UD0SS is obtained through sampling, and then UD0LCC and UD0SS are obtained through sampling; and according to the theoretical formula of the mutual inductance MP and MD, MP and MD estimated values after AGV parking can be obtained. And after MP and MD estimation is completed, the system keeps a CC (constant current) charging mode under SS topology. Then, the effective value of primary side inversion current is detected, the load resistance value RL is calculated according to a formula, the estimated MP and RL are substituted into an efficiency formula to obtain etalcc and etass, the etalcc and the etass are judged to conduct corresponding topology selection, constant current charging under corresponding compensation topology is kept, and efficient charging can be achieved when the AGV has offset or not.

    本发明涉及无线电能传输(WPT)技术领域,具体公开了一种AGV无线充电效率优化控制方法及AGV无线充电系统,在AGV停车后,首先进入互感MP和MD估计状态,S1和S2开启,采样得到UD0_LCC,然后S1关闭,副边频率检测模块检测到频率变化后,关闭S2,采样得到UD0_SS,根据互感MP和MD的理论公式可以得到AGV停车后的MP和MD估计值。MP、MD估计完成后,系统保持SS拓扑下的CC(恒流)充电模式。然后检测原边逆变电流的有效值,根据公式计算出负载电阻值RL,将估计出的MP和RL带入效率公式得到η_lcc和η_ss,判断η_lcc和η_ss的大小进行相应的拓扑选择,保持相应补偿拓扑下的恒流充电,使得AGV有无偏移时均能高效率充电。
