The scheme comprises the steps that the state of the driving system is obtained in real time; when the communication of the driving system is abnormal, vehicle speed estimation is carried out based on the vehicle speed stored at the moment before the abnormality and in combination with a wheel speed sensor signal or a brake pedal signal; and when the vehicle speed estimation result is lower than the preset vehicle speed, vehicle high-voltage power-off operation is executed.
