At the center of gravity (CG) of the land surface (20) of the main center blocks (28m), the axial length (a) of the main center blocks (28m) is at least twice the circumferential length (b) thereof. The hardness of the main center blocks (28m) is 70 or less. The main center blocks (28m) have a 300% modulus of 8.5 MPa or more.
