A tungsten carbide coating can improve the overall wear resistance of the hub after the polyvinyl chloride coating is damaged, a second protection layer is arranged, an antimony trioxide coating included in the second protection layer can improve the overall high temperature resistance of the hub after the tungsten carbide coating is damaged, and an aluminum oxide coating can improve the overall oxidation resistance of the hub after the antimony trioxide coating is damaged; therefore, the service life of the hub is effectively prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化汽车轮毂结构及制造方法,包括轮辋和安装盘,所述轮辋与安装盘之间通过多个等距分布的轮辐连接,轮辋、轮辐和安装盘的表面均设置有第二保护层。本发明设置了预留槽,可降低轮毂整体的重量,且主要原料为铝合金,在保障轮毂整体强度的同时也进一步降低了轮毂整体的重量,设置了第一保护层,其包括的聚氯乙烯涂层可提高轮毂整体的耐腐蚀性,碳化钨涂层在聚氯乙烯涂层损坏后可提高轮毂整体的耐磨性,设置了第二保护层,其包括的三氧化二锑涂层在碳化钨涂层损坏后可提高轮毂整体的耐高温性,三氧化二铝涂层在三氧化二锑涂层损坏后可提高轮毂整体的耐氧化性,从而有效提高了轮毂的使用寿命。
