The tool for determining the circle center of the pipe opening comprises a disc body, a first identification part and a second identification part are arranged on the disc body, an identification point of the first identification part is located at the circle center of the disc body, the second identification part comprises a through groove and scale marks which are adjacently arranged, and the through groove extends in the radial direction of the disc body. The scale marks are arranged at intervals in the radial direction of the disc body, and the second identification parts are arranged at intervals with the circle center of the disc body as the circle center. The disc body can be fixed to the pipe opening of the pipeline, when the scale marks with the same numerical value in all the second identification parts are aligned with the outer surface of the pipeline, the identification point of the first identification part is the circle center of the pipe opening of the pipeline, if the deviation of the circle center of the pipe opening is large, the pipe opening which is out of tolerance can be rectified in advance, and it is ensured that the deviation is within the precision standard; and smooth proceeding of subsequent procedures is guaranteed, reworking is reduced, the ship building period is shortened, and cost is reduced.
本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,尤其涉及一种确定管口圆心的工装及方法。所述确定管口圆心的工装包括圆盘本体,圆盘本体上设有第一标识部和第二标识部,第一标识部的标识点位于圆盘本体的圆心,第二标识部包括相邻设置的通槽和刻度线,通槽沿圆盘本体的径向延伸,多条刻度线沿圆盘本体的径向间隔设置,若干第二标识部以圆盘本体的圆心为圆心间隔布置。该圆盘本体能够固定于管道的管口处,当所有的第二标识部中的同一数值的刻度线与管道的外表面对齐时,第一标识部的标识点即为管道的管口圆心,若管口圆心偏差较大时,可提前对超差的管口进行整改,确保偏差在精度标准以内,保证后道工序的顺利进行,减少返工,缩短船舶建造周期,降低成本。
