The invention discloses a railway earthquake emergency disposal information issuing method using multiple communication systems. A related system comprises a communication interface unit located on the ground side, and converged communication equipment and a vehicle-mounted earthquake device which are located on the vehicle-mounted side. The vehicle-mounted earthquake device periodically sends a state report to the communication interface unit through the converged communication equipment; the communication interface unit determines the position and the belonging network of the vehicle-mounted earthquake device according to the state report; after receiving the earthquake emergency disposal information, the communication interface unit determines an alarm range and finds out the vehicle-mounted earthquake device in the alarm range, and then transmits the earthquake emergency disposal information to the vehicle-mounted earthquake device through the converged communication equipment by using a corresponding network; the communication interface unit and the converged communication equipment can be connected with networks of various communication systems. The scheme is compatible with various communication systems of 450Mhz wireless communication, GSM-R (Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway), LTE-R (Long Term Evolution-Railway) and 5G-R (5G-Railway), and can realize quick transmission of earthquake emergency disposal information in network environments

    本发明公开了一种使用多种通信制式的铁路地震紧急处置信息发布方法,相关系统包括:位于地面侧的通信接口单元,以及位于车载侧的融合通信设备与车载地震装置;所述车载地震装置周期性的通过融合通信设备向通信接口单元发送状态报告;通信接口单元根据状态报告确定车载地震装置所在位置与所属网络;通信接口单元接收地震紧急处置信息后,确定警报范围并查找出处于警报范围的车载地震装置,再使用相应的网络经过融合通信设备向车载地震装置传输地震紧急处置信息;其中,通信接口单元与融合通信设备中均能够接入多种通信制式的网络。上述方案兼容450Mhz无线通信、GSM‑R、LTE‑R以及5G‑R多种通信制式,可以实现不同制式网络环境下地震紧急处置信息快速传送。
