Comprising an annular buoyancy tank and a sensor pod overhung in a water body, and an equipment cabin is arranged above the middle part of the annular buoyancy tank; a plurality of sampling assemblies and an annular water sample pipe are installed on the outer wall of the equipment cabin, a sampling base moving in the circumferential direction and a water taking assembly are installed on the annular buoyancy tank, an outlet of the water taking assembly is connected with the annular water sample pipe through an upper hose, and an inlet of the water taking assembly is connected with a lower hose and provided with a sampling filter; a lifting device is mounted in the equipment cabin; a control cabin is installed above the equipment cabin, a field controller and a storage battery are installed in the control cabin, a top support is installed above the control cabin, and a photovoltaic panel, an aerovane and a communication antenna are installed on the top support. The system has richer and more comprehensive marine environment parameter acquisition capability and has an automatic sampling function, and manpower burden and time cost in marine environment monitoring activities are reduced.
