The hoisting system comprises a rectangular hoisting base, the bottom of the hoisting base is connected with a rectangular lifting base through a lifting mechanism, a platform frame of a rectangular structure is arranged in the center of the top of the hoisting base, and a plurality of small whole sections formed by common ventilation pipe sections which are connected in an overlapped mode are placed in the platform frame. A plurality of sets of first telescopic screws are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the periphery of the platform frame, and the first telescopic screws are supported and tightly abut against the outer wall of the small whole section in the platform frame. Lifting hooks I fixed on the lifting base and lifting hooks II fixed at the bottom of the lifting base are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the platform frame, and the platform frame is connected with a synchronous electric hoisting mechanism through the lifting hooks I, the lifting hooks II and a steel wire rope. The peripheries of a pair of small whole sections are stably clamped in a tight fit mode through the telescopic screw rods, and the platform frame is assisted in descending through the guide rollers; and meanwhile, the telescopic screw rod II and the Y-shaped support frame at the end part of the telescopic screw rod II are arranged, so that temporary stopping in the riser well is realized.

    本发明公开了一种竖井内风管的吊装系统,包括矩形的吊装底座,吊装底座的底部通过升降机构连接矩形的升降底座,吊装底座顶部的中心设有矩形结构的平台框架,平台框架内放置有若干节相互叠加连接的普通风管段形成的小整段,平台框架的四周内壁上均匀分布有若干组伸缩螺杆一,伸缩螺杆一支撑并紧密抵靠在平台框架内小整段的外壁上;平台框架的四周均匀设有固定在吊装底座上的吊钩一和固定在升降底座底部上的吊钩二,平台框架通过吊钩一、吊钩二和钢丝绳与同步电动卷扬机构连接。本发明通过伸缩螺杆一对小整段的四周采用紧密贴合的方式稳定夹持,并通过导向滚轮辅助平台框架下降;同时设置伸缩螺杆二和其端部的Y型支撑架实现了在立管井内临时停靠。
