The invention discloses a statically indeterminate lifting appliance and a strength test method thereof. The statically indeterminate lifting appliance comprises a lifting plate, a longitudinal beam, a plurality of slings, a plurality of cross beams and a bearing part, due to the fact that the two ends of the bearing piece are connected with the cross beams respectively to define the hoisting space with the bottoms of the cross beams, and the multiple cross beams are connected to the longitudinal beams at intervals in the length direction of the longitudinal beams, the carriers can be sequentially connected into the multiple hoisting spaces, and the longitudinal beams can bear the weight of the carriers. One end of each sling is connected to the hoisting plate, and the other end of each sling is connected to the longitudinal beam at intervals in the length direction of the longitudinal beam. The load of each lifting point on the longitudinal beam can adjust the stress of the sling by adjusting the length of the sling, so that the rigidity of the longitudinal beam meets the load requirement of each lifting point, and the deformation of a carrier lifted in a plurality of bearing pieces is prevented. According to the statically indeterminate lifting appliance, through reasonable structural linkage, load transmission is achieved, the statically indeterminate lifting appliance structure is simplified, the statically indeterminate lifting appliance is simple in structure and light in weight, and the rigidity requirement of a longitudinal beam lifting carrier can be met.

    本申请公开了一种超静定吊具及其强度试验方法,超静定吊具包括起吊板、纵梁、多个吊索、多个横梁及承载件。由于承载件的两端分别与横梁连接以与横梁的底部围设形成吊装空间,且多个横梁沿纵梁的长度方向上间隔连接在纵梁上,那么运载器可依次连接于多个吊装空间内,这样可使纵梁承受运载器的重量。多个吊索的一端连接在起吊板上,另一端沿纵梁的长度方向间隔连接在纵梁。纵梁上各个吊点的载荷可通过调整吊索的长度调整吊索的受力,使纵梁的刚度符合各个吊点的负载需求,防止吊装于多个承载件内的运载器变形。通过合理的结构链接,实现载荷的传递,简化超静定吊具结构,使超静定吊具的结构简单,重量轻,且可确保纵梁吊装运载器的刚度需求。
