According to the photovoltaic cleaning robot hoisting device based on unmanned aerial vehicle hoisting and the hoisting method, after receiving an instruction of needing to hoist a specified cleaning robot, the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to a proper position above the cleaning robot and quickly releases a butt-joint self-locking mechanism, so that the butt-joint self-locking mechanism falls into a butt-joint self-locking ring arranged on the cleaning robot; when the butt-joint self-locking mechanism is opened, the butt-joint self-locking mechanism is clamped on the butt-joint self-locking ring to realize self-locking; the unmanned aerial vehicle lifts the cleaning robot to leave and arrive at other photovoltaic panels, so that the cleaning robot gradually falls onto the other photovoltaic panels; and the unmanned aerial vehicle controls the butt-joint self-locking mechanism to be separated from the butt-joint self-locking ring, and the butt-joint self-locking mechanism is retracted. The docking precision control requirement of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the cleaning robot can be reduced. And safe and reliable butt joint under the unpowered condition is ensured by automatically identifying the posture of the butt joint mechanism and automatically locking. In addition, the cleaning robot is horizontally transferred, and the posture stability requirement of the cleaning robot is met.

    基于无人机吊装的光伏清洁机器人吊装装置及吊装方法,无人机收到需起吊指定清洁机器人的指令后,飞行到所述清洁机器人的上方适当位置,并快速释放对接自锁机构,使其落入位于设置在清洁机器人上的对接自锁环内;所述对接自锁机构打开,卡在所述对接自锁环上,实现自锁;无人机起吊所述清洁机器人离开,到达其他光伏面板,使清洁机器人逐步落到所述其他光伏面板上;无人机控制所述对接自锁机构与所述对接自锁环分离,收起所述对接自锁机构。本发明可以降低无人机与清洁机器人对接精度控制要求。通过自动识别对接机构姿态,自动锁紧确保无动力条件下安全可靠对接。此外,清洁机器人水平转运,满足清洁机器人的姿态稳定要求。
