The invention belongs to the field of floating aircrafts, and particularly relates to a method for calculating a flow coefficient of an airship helium valve and measuring the flow coefficient on the ground. The calculation method comprises the steps that the actual helium discharging amount of the helium valve is calculated by measuring the heavy buoyancy change before and after helium discharging of the airship, and then the flow coefficient of the helium valve is solved according to a flow calculation model.
