The driving wheel is installed at one end of the crawler frame in the length direction. And the plurality of thrust wheels are dispersedly arranged along the length direction of the track frame. The tensioning wheel is installed at the other end of the crawler frame in the length direction. And the crawler belt is wound on the outer side of the crawler belt frame and is tensioned by the driving wheel, the tensioning wheel and each thrust wheel. The distance between the wheel centers of the adjacent thrust wheels is larger than a first set distance and smaller than a second set distance. According to the crawler crane provided by the technical scheme, the stability of the crawler crane is ensured, the regular vibration of the whole crane is avoided, and the stress of the thrust wheels is improved.

    本发明公开了一种履带驱动总成以及履带起重机,涉及工程机械领域,用以改善履带驱动总成的承载特性,使得履带起重机在吊重作业时不易倾覆。履带驱动总成包括履带架、驱动轮、多个支重轮、张紧轮以及履带。驱动轮安装于履带架长度方向的其中一端。多个支重轮沿着履带架的长度方向分散布置。张紧轮安装于履带架长度方向的另一端。履带缠绕于履带架的外侧,且被驱动轮、张紧轮和各个支重轮张紧。其中,相邻支重轮的轮心的间距大于第一设定距离,且小于第二设定距离。上述技术方案提供的履带起重机,保证了履带起重机稳定性、避免整车规律性振动和改善了支重轮受力。
