The invention provides a variable-load whole vehicle gravity center determining method for an underground coal mine electrically-driven carrying vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the shoveling load weight and the load gravity center horizontal position of the underground coal mine electrically-driven carrying vehicle are obtained; determining the center-of-gravity position of the whole vehicle according to the load center-of-gravity horizontal position, and calculating the front and rear axle loads of the underground coal mine electric drive carrying vehicle according to the center-of-gravity position of the whole vehicle; realizing inverse proportion torque distribution of the front and rear driving systems according to the front and rear axle load proportion; if torque distribution is not carried out, the phenomenon of wheel slipping caused by insufficient adhesive force of rear wheels and the safety risk of the underground coal mine electrically-driven carrying vehicle are easily caused when the underground coal mine electrically-driven carrying vehicle is overloaded, so that the scheme can distribute the driving torque according to the condition of the load on the shovel plate, and the safety of the underground coal mine electrically-driven carrying vehicle is improved. The slippage risk caused by wet and slippery low adhesion under the coal mine is reduced, meanwhile, energy waste can be effectively avoided, and it is guaranteed that the driving efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本申请提供了一种煤矿井下电驱动搬运车辆的变载整车重心确定方法。该方法包括:获取煤矿井下电驱动搬运车辆的铲装载荷重量和载荷重心水平位置;根据载荷重心水平位置确定整车重心位置,根据整车重心位置进行煤矿井下电驱动搬运车辆的前后轴荷计算;根据前后轴荷比例实现前后驱动系统反比例转矩分配;若不进行力矩分配,煤矿井下电驱动搬运车辆在超载行驶时容易引起后轮因附着力不足造成轮部打滑现象,造成煤矿井下电驱动搬运车辆安全风险,因此本方案可以根据铲板上的载荷的情况来分配驱动转矩,降低煤矿井下湿滑低附着引起的滑移风险,同时可有效避免能量浪费,保证整车驱动效率的提高。
