The invention relates to an ABS rear axle braking module integrated with a relay valve. The ABS rear axle braking module comprises a relay valve body and two ABS valve bodies. The relay valve body comprises a square relay valve seat and a square relay valve deck, the relay valve seat and the relay valve deck are connected through four vertically-arranged first screws, and the first screws are arranged at the four horizontal corners of the relay valve seat and the relay valve deck respectively. The first air inlet connectors of the two ABS valve bodies are tightly attached to and connected with the two air outlet connectors respectively, second screws are arranged on the two horizontal sides of the air outlet connectors respectively, the ABS valve bodies and the relay valve body are connected through the second screws, and the ends of the second screws incline inwards so that the ends of the second screws can stretch between the two first screws on the same side. The two ABS pressure regulating valves and the relay valve are combined into one module, so that the assembly time is saved, the size is small, the device is light and convenient to mount and maintain, the ABS response time is shortened, the reliability is enhanced, and the cost is reduced.
