The invention relates to a battery locking and unlocking method, which comprises the following steps that: a battery changing trolley obtains the posture of a battery on a vehicle, adjusts the posture of the battery changing trolley to a first posture according to the posture of the battery, and records the first posture; the battery replacing trolley disassembles a power-lack battery on the vehicle and replaces the power-lack battery with a full-charge battery; the battery replacement trolley obtains the posture of a battery mounting bracket on the vehicle, and adjusts the posture of the battery replacement trolley to a second posture according to the posture of the battery mounting bracket, so that the fully-charged battery reaches a specified position of the battery mounting bracket; the battery replacement trolley installs the fully-charged battery on the vehicle; the battery replacing trolley readjusts the posture of the battery replacing trolley to the first posture according to the record; and the locking and unlocking gun is separated from the fully-charged battery, and the battery replacing trolley descends to a separation position. After the battery is locked, according to the posture change of the battery, secondary posture adjustment can be carried out on the battery replacing trolley, so that the battery replacing trolley is attached to the bottom of the battery, the angular deviation between the locking and unlocking gun and the battery is overcome, and the phenomenon that the locking and unlocking gun is stuck when being separated from the battery is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种电池加解锁方法,包括:换电小车获取车辆上的电池姿态,根据电池姿态调整自身姿态至第一姿态,并记录第一姿态;换电小车拆卸车辆上的亏电电池,并将满电电池替换亏电电池;换电小车获取车辆上电池安装支架的姿态,根据电池安装支架的姿态调整自身姿态至第二姿态,使得满电电池到达电池安装支架的指定位置;换电小车将满电电池安装到车辆上;换电小车根据记录,重新调整自身姿态至第一姿态;加解锁枪与满电电池分离,换电小车下降到分离位。本发明能够在电池加锁完成后,根据电池的姿态变化,对换电小车进行二次姿态调整,使得换电小车与电池底部贴合,克服加解锁枪与电池之间的角度偏差,避免加解锁枪与电池分离时发生卡死现象。
