The invention relates to the technical field of sodium-ion batteries, in particular to a sodium-ion battery zero-voltage charging method and system, the system comprises a charger and a storage battery, and the storage battery comprises a BMS system and a battery cell; the charger is connected with the storage battery to charge the storage battery, and judges whether a battery cell is lower than 1.1 V of a single string or not according to battery communication; if the voltage is lower than 1.1 V of the single string, the charger supplies power to a BMS system of the storage battery, and meanwhile, small-current charging is carried out on a battery cell of the battery; and if the voltage is higher than 1.1 V of the single string, the charger charges the battery core of the battery. According to the invention, an additional set of + 3.3 V/5V charging secondary loop is added in the charger, and the battery is detected in the charging process to judge whether the battery is in an undervoltage state; and if the sodium ion battery is detected to be in a power-deficient state, supplying power to the BMS, opening a charging MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) of the BMS, then charging the battery with small current, and converting into normal charging after the battery is charged to normal voltage. The maintenance cost of the sodium ion battery is reduced, and the probability that the battery cannot be used due to battery feed is reduced.

    发明涉及钠离子电池技术领域,特别是涉及一种钠离子电池零压充电方法及系统,其包括充电器和蓄电池,蓄电池包括BMS系统和电芯;充电器连接蓄电池为蓄电池充电,并根据电池通讯判断电芯是否低于单串1.1V;若低于单串1.1V,则充电器对蓄电池的BMS系统供电,同时对电池的电芯进行小电流充电;若高于单串1.1V,则充电器对电池的电芯进行充电。本发明在充电器中增加额外的一组+3.3V/5V的充电次回路,并在充电的过程中对电池进行检测,判断是否为亏电状态;如检测到钠离子电池为亏电状态,那么先给BMS供电,使BMS的充电MOS打开,再用小电流对电池进行充电,当充至正常电压后转为正常充电。本发明降低了纳离子电池的维护成本,减少电池馈电导致不能使用的概率。
