Comprising a charging machine cabinet body, a liquid cooling charging module heat dissipation unit and a control unit, a liquid cooling gun line module and a liquid cooling charging module are arranged in the charging machine cabinet body, the liquid cooling gun line module is located on the lower portion of the charging machine cabinet body, and the liquid cooling charging module is located on the upper portion of the charging machine cabinet body; the liquid cooling gun line module comprises a liquid cooling cable and a cooling unit, the cooling unit is arranged at the bottom of the charger cabinet body, and a cooling air duct is formed between the cooling unit and the charger cabinet body; the liquid cooling cable is arranged on the cooling module; the liquid cooling charging module heat dissipation unit is arranged above the liquid cooling charging module and is located at the top of the charger cabinet body; the control unit is in communication connection with the cooling unit and the liquid cooling charging module heat dissipation unit. The space utilization rate of the full-liquid-cooling direct-current charger can be improved, the heat dissipation performance is improved, and the problems that existing equipment is unreasonable in layout and has potential safety hazards are solved.

    本发明公开了一种全液冷直流充电机系统及控制方法,属于电动汽车充电技术领域。包括充电机柜体、液冷充电模块散热单元和控制单元,充电机柜体内设置有液冷枪线模组和液冷充电模块,液冷枪线模组位于所述充电机柜体的下部,液冷充电模块位于所述充电机柜体的上部;液冷枪线模组包括液冷线缆和冷却单元,冷却单元设置于充电机柜体的底部,冷却单元与充电机柜体间形成冷却风道;液冷线缆设置于所述冷却模组;液冷充电模块散热单元设置于液冷充电模块的上方,且位于充电机柜体的顶部;控制单元分别与冷却单元和液冷充电模块散热单元通信连接。能够提高全液冷直流充电机的空间利用率,提高散热性能,解决了现有设备布局不合理,存在安全隐患的问题。
