The invention discloses an electric feedback control method for a pure electric off-highway mining dump truck. The electric feedback control method comprises the following steps: triggering an electric feedback braking function of the whole truck by shifting a handle of an electric slow moving switch mounted on the side surface of a steering wheel; the electric slow moving switch handle is toggled to any gear of the electric slow moving switch, a pin of the current gear sends a voltage signal to a vehicle control unit (VCU), and the VCU collects a gear pin signal of the electric slow moving switch; the VCU sends an electric regenerative braking torque corresponding to the current gear pin to a micro control unit (MCU), the MCU compares the maximum electric regenerative braking torque currently output by the driving motor with the electric regenerative braking torque sent by the VCU, and if the maximum electric regenerative braking torque currently output by the driving motor is smaller than the electric regenerative braking torque requested by the VCU, the VCU sends the electric regenerative braking torque to the VCU; and the vehicle executes the maximum electric feedback braking torque currently output by the driving motor. According to the invention, the electric feedback function can be stably and accurately implemented in the heavy-load downhill process of the vehicle, so that the electric braking force is in the optimal range.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动非公路矿用自卸车电回馈控制方法,包括:通过拨动安装在方向盘侧面的电缓行开关的手柄触发整车电回馈制动功能;拨动电缓行开关手柄到电缓行开关的任一档位,当前档位的引脚发出电压信号给整车控制器VCU,VCU采集电缓行开关的档位引脚信号;VCU发送当前档位引脚对应的电回馈制动扭矩给微控制单元MCU,MCU根据驱动电机当前输出的最大电回馈制动扭矩与VCU发送电回馈制动扭矩比较,如果驱动电机当前输出的最大电回馈制动扭矩小于VCU请求的电回馈制动扭矩,则车辆执行驱动电机当前输出的最大电回馈制动扭矩。本发明能够实现车辆在重载下坡过程中稳定、准确地实施电回馈功能,使电制动力在最佳范围。
