The invention discloses an active power distribution network load recovery method considering an electric vehicle cluster, relates to the technical field of power system load recovery, and solves the problem in the prior art that the influence of the demand difference of an EV user as an autonomous individual on the recovery process is ignored. According to the method, the demand difference of EV users is considered, and the EV grid connection mode is divided into an adjustable charging type EV and a flexible charging and discharging type EV. The flexibility of the adjustable charging type EV is embodied in that the charging power and the charging time can be flexibly adjusted, and the adjustable charging type EV is not charged at first and then charged after the system is recovered to be stable at the initial stage of recovery, so that the load impact at the initial stage of load recovery is reduced; for flexible charging and discharging EVs, discharging to the power distribution network can be properly carried out at the initial stage of system recovery, and the important load recovery process is accelerated. Meanwhile, fragmented EV users can participate in power distribution network load recovery through aggregation, and the power grid dispatching difficulty is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种考虑电动汽车集群的主动配电网负荷恢复方法,涉及电力系统负荷恢复技术领域,解决了现有技术中忽略了EV用户作为自主个体的需求差异对恢复过程的影响的问题。本发明考虑EV用户的需求差异,将EV并网方式分为可调节充电类EV和灵活充放电类EV两类。对于可调节充电类EV,其灵活性体现在充电功率及充电时间可以灵活调节,在恢复初期,可以先不对其充电,待系统恢复稳定后再将其充电,从而降低负荷恢复初期的负荷冲击;对于灵活充放电类EV,在系统恢复初期可以适当向配电网放电,加快重要负荷恢复进程。同时,本发明能够将碎片化的EV用户通过聚合参与配电网负荷恢复,降低电网调度难度。
