The invention discloses a sealing type electronic locking mechanism which comprises a shell, a locking piece, a driving assembly and a microswitch, an unlocking hole is formed in the bottom of the shell, a locking arm is arranged at the top of the locking piece, a locking flange is arranged on the side face of the locking arm, limiting arms are arranged on the two sides of the locking piece respectively, the driving assembly comprises a sealing box and a driving motor, and the microswitch is arranged in the sealing box. The driving motor is arranged in the sealing box, an output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the front end of the sealing box and is connected with the locking piece, and the microswitch is a sealed microswitch. The limiting arms are arranged on the two sides of the locking piece correspondingly, when the locking piece rotates, the side walls of the limiting arms abut against the top end of the side wall of the unlocking hole, a surface abutting mode is formed, and therefore control is more accurate when the locking mechanism is locked and unlocked; and meanwhile, the driving motor is sealed through the sealing box, and the sealing type microswitch is combined, so that the whole electronic locking mechanism is sealed and waterproof, and work in the IP67 environment is achieved.
本发明公开了一种密封型电子锁止机构,包括壳体、锁止件、驱动组件和微动开关,在壳体底部开设解锁孔,并在锁止件的顶部设有锁止臂,锁止臂的侧面则设有锁止凸缘,在锁止件的两侧还分别设有限位臂,而驱动组件包括密封盒与驱动电机,驱动电机设于密封盒内,且驱动电机的输出轴贯穿密封盒的前端与锁止件连接,微动开关则为密封型微动开关。本发明在锁止件的两侧分别设置限位臂,当锁止件在转动时,通过限位臂的侧壁与解锁孔的侧壁顶端进行抵接,形成面抵接方式,从而使锁止机构在上锁及解锁时控制更为精准;同时,通过密封盒对驱动电机进行密封,再结合密封型的微动开关,使电子锁止机构的整体密封防水,以此实现IP67环境下的工作。
