The invention discloses an intersection traffic signal phase difference alignment adjustment method, and relates to the field of urban road traffic intersection signal control, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, calculating the minimum signal period duration, the maximum period duration and the optimal period duration of an intersection in a current time period based on a current coordination control scheme; introducing a target coordination control scheme to determine the maximum positive adjustment amplitude and the maximum negative adjustment amplitude of each period in the transition period; and then calculating transition duration required by forward adjustment and reverse adjustment based on the adjustment amplitude, and selecting the minimum transition duration and the adjustment direction in the forward adjustment and the reverse adjustment as an optimal adjustment mode. Compared with a traditional signal control scheme switching method, the method is more flexible and rapid.
