The invention belongs to the field of traffic management, and discloses a road facility evaluation-based road traffic asset rationality analysis method, which comprises the following steps of: respectively carrying out data acquisition on road traffic safety facilities and intelligent traffic equipment, establishing a grading evaluation index system of the road traffic safety facilities and the intelligent traffic equipment, and evaluating the rationality of the grading evaluation index system; and based on the evaluation result, carrying out overall evaluation on the road traffic assets, establishing a comprehensive overall score, rating facility settings according to the score, and evaluating the rationality of the road traffic assets. The method provided by the invention provides an optimization direction for perfecting the arrangement of traffic road facilities and improving the current traffic management situation, and has important significance for improving the refinement, standardization and modernization level of urban road traffic management.

    本发明属于交通管理领域,公开了一种基于道路设施评估的道路交通资产合理性分析方法,其对道路交通安全设施和智能交通设备分别进行数据采集,建立道路交通安全设施和智能交通设备的分级评价指标体系,对其合理性进行评价;基于所述评价结果,对道路交通资产进行总体评价,建立综合总体评分,并依据评分对设施设置进行评级,评价道路交通资产的合理性。本发明所述方法为完善交通道路设施的设置并改善交通管理现状提供优化方向,对于提升城市道路交通管理精细化、规范化和现代化水平具有重要意义。
