The invention discloses a dual-core intelligent electric energy meter and a power regulation method thereof, the dual-core intelligent electric energy meter comprises a shell and a substrate arranged in the shell, the substrate is provided with a metering chip and a functional chip, the metering chip is connected with a current sampling unit, a voltage sampling unit and a storage unit, and the functional chip is connected with a power supply. The current sampling unit and the voltage sampling unit collect load signals of a power distribution network and power signals of the charging pile, the functional chip is connected with the metering chip, the functional chip is connected with a communication module and a power distribution module, and the functional chip performs signal transmission with a remote terminal, the charging pile and an electric vehicle through the communication module. The power distribution module adjusts and distributes the power of the charging pile according to the collected load signal and the power signal; according to the invention, by performing function expansion on the existing electric energy meter, power ordered distribution in different modes is performed on different types of charging piles based on the power supply state of the charging piles and the load condition of the power distribution network, so that the power supply power of the charging piles is more reasonably distributed and utilized.

    本发明公开了一种双芯智能电能表及其功率调节方法,包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的基板,基板上设置有计量芯片和功能芯片,计量芯片连接有电流采样单元、电压采样单元和存储单元,电流采样单元和电压采样单元采集配电网的负荷信号以及充电桩的功率信号,功能芯片连接计量芯片,功能芯片连接有通信模块和功率分配模块,功能芯片通过通信模块与远程终端、充电桩以及电动汽车进行信号传递,功率分配模块根据采集的负荷信号以及功率信号进行充电桩的功率调节分配;本发明通过对现有的电能表进行功能扩展,基于充电桩的供电状态和配电网的负荷情况对不同类型的充电桩进行不同方式的功率有序分配,使得充电桩的供电功率得到更加合理的分配利用。
